ARE YOU CONSTANTLY THINKING ABOUT THE FUTURE?

 

I know it's hard not to think about the future. Ive done my head in about it but thinking constantly about the future is going to make you sick and make things worst for your future. 

 

Focusing on the future can be helpful when it comes to taking control of your own productivity and achieving your goals, but there's a downside we don't often acknowledge. As many of us know, focusing on the future can sometimes turn into worrying about the future.

 

When you constantly worry about the future, you don't have time to live in the present. This prevents you from thinking clearly and being fully invested in what you're doing right now. 

 

Have you been burnt out. Ive had my fair share of burning out. Its the worst feeling. I actually didnt even know that i was going through it. Although the signs seem obvious, many of us don't know we're burning out until it's too late. By living in a constant state of anxiety about the future, you're doing more damage to yourself. 

 

Instead, think about meditation or building mindfulness habits into your routine. This will help you focus more on the present and less on what will or won't come to pass at a later date.

 

Step back and think about what you can do right now. What helps me is meditating and constantly reading books every night, long walks. 

 

Change your mindset now. Think about now and enjoy every moment like its your last and things will fall into place. You have to believe it. 🙏🏽
